Agron Kulici Police General Director Albania

  Mr Agron Kulici:
Goverment will do anything it takes to support businesses and investors.
The Albanian Government strongly supports businesses and investors.
I have run businesses in different countries around the world.  I was amazed with the support of the Albanian Government on every issue.
The police and interior ministry are working very closely with the community and businesses to fight crime and corruption.
Mr. Agron Kulici, the General Director in charge of the Police Deparment said he is ready to help and solve problems, so if you see corruption call me directly.
Bravo Albania.

Albania was one of the countries in the world with economic growth and real estate appreciation in 2008. And figures in 2009 are very optimistic.
The Prime Minister, Sali Berisha was formerly a succesfull cardiologist who lead Albanian students including myself in a final push against the dying communist regime.
Mr. Berisha clearly understood at the time that the virus of Marxist ideology needed to be removed permanently frome Albanian society.
Last four years of his administration he has done an amazing job in fighting crime and corruption, establishing a stable legal system, building infrastructure ,creating an ideal environment for foreign investment in Albania.
Billions of dollars are currently being invested in all sectors.
He has doubled the budget, raised salaries, lifted Albanians from the poverty line and done an amazing job on the education system.
Albanian tourism is flourishing and millions of Albanians working in the EU and U.S. are returning to the land once called Iliria.

Across the world of business, there is a blood cry for ‘accountability’.

With the most revered role models run aground–and more being bailed out–it is high time we open our windows to let the feedback in, even though we know it will not be pretty.

Leadership is accountable to customers, investors, shareholders, regulators – but most of all, to our own people.

As navigators, we are accountable for keeping the ship on course – more so in stormy weather.

A good leader liks Mr Sali Berisha must have the discipline to work toward his or her vision single-mindedly, as well as to direct his or her actions and those of the team toward the goal. Action is the mark of a leader.

A leader does not suffer “analysis paralysis” but is always doing something in pursuit of the vision, inspiring others to do the same.Integrity is the integration of outward actions and inner values. A person of integrity is the same on the outside and on the inside. Such an individual can be trusted because he or she never veers from inner values, even when it might be expeditious to do so. A leader must have the trust of followers and therefore must display integrity  By Sahit Muja  President & CEO Albanian Minerals Bytyci SHPK www.albanianminerals.com
